Bilingual Customer Success Agent

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Success Agent in the Machinery/Worktools industry, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As an integral part of our team, you'll act as a dedicated agent, striving to deliver superior experiences to our valued partners and ensuring their success.Responsibilities: Play a central role in driving customer success, ensuring they derive immense value from our services. Take on the role of an advocate for the customer, personalizing their experience and ensuring their efforts are minimal. Handle a high volume of customer calls, meeting daily targets and operating in a fast-paced environment. Independently analyze and address customer concerns, providing timely and appropriate solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing self-help tools to assist customers. Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, using this to enhance customer interactions. Demonstrate agility by collaborating cross-functionally with key business units to resolve customer inquiries. Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our systems. Use Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel to manage tasks and communicate effectively. Requirements Fluent in two or more languages Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role Demonstrated experience in a call center environment Skilled in various call center operations such as handling high volume inbound calls and fast-paced call center environments Proven track record of customer success stories and adeptness at resolving customer complaints Proficiency in computer data entry and typing data entry Expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel Previous experience in a call center is highly desirable Ability to understand call center metrics and use them to improve customer service Experience in the machinery/worktools industry is a plus TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
