Immediate Hire: Full-Time, Temporary Desk Clerk Position- Military Veteran Preferred
This position is a FT temporary fill-in position for approximately 8 weeks, but could lead to a permanent part-time or full-time position with travel.
We are looking for an individual with the ability to work 2:00pm to 10:00pm Sunday through Thursday. Strong written and verbal communication skills, basic Excel and Outlook skills, attention to detail, familiarity with office technology such as printers, scanners, Windows 7 or higher.
Job Duties include: Checking guests into our care in a hotel setting. Communicating and coordinating each day with our partners and customers. Transferring information from daily reports into Excel. Making or receiving regular phone calls. Emailing daily reports. Performing daily inspections. Communicating regularly with operations headquarters. Making regular lobby area checks, performing detailed inspections, light cleaning and maintaining work space.
Professional dress code required. We will run a background check.
Rate of pay: $11.53 + $4.18 Health and Welfare per hour = $15.71/hr.
