Will Enterprises is currently searching for candidates for the entry-level position of Customer Service Representative. This is a full time position that will involve working personally with customers, answering phones and entering orders. This position will also be responsible for generating new sales by following-up on leads, providing quotes, and making cold calls. Sales experience is preferred, however not required. You will be trained on all aspects of your job responsibilities.

The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for working independently with customers throughout all phases of the sales process and will be accountable for their complete satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to complete tasks on a deadline while being attentive to detail and possessing the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Willingness to learn new skills and sales information
- Ability to use a PC efficiently and be proficient in the use of email, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents
- Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to relate to customers in a professional manner
- Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
