We are currently hiring an individual who have experience in QuickBooks to perform the following tasks:
Prepare checks and maintain invoices and all documentation related to accounts payable
Allocate various expenses and pre-payables to appropriate cost departments
Allocate net assets/income to appropriate equity types
Provide monthly financial statements including Budget vs. Actual Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Analysis
Reconcile all bank accounts monthly
Record transactions into QuickBooks
