Laborer

Want to learn some useful skills? We are a Madison based company that specializes in working on cell towers. We have openings for a couple of construction laborers. You must have a valid drivers license with no major issues in last 3 years. We offer paid holidays as well as a weeks paid vacation after 1 year. We have health insurance, dental and 401 K after 90 day probationary period. After the 90 day review, if you are doing well, we will bump you to $25 / hr. Work will require traveling. Most weeks leave on Monday and return Friday. Work is mostly outside and will require some digging and some heavy lifting. You will assist electricians or civil / concrete crews in everything they do except work on live circuits. Over time, you will learn how to operate equipment, form and pour concrete and do basic electrical work. We will work together to establish an agreeable starting pay. We will do a review after 90 days to see if your pay and ability matches up or if it needs to be increased. Please send resume with references.
