We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily operations at construction sites. The Foreman will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment, with a particular emphasis on framing experience and a general understanding of plumbing and electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.

Lead and manage a team of construction workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project plans.

Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.

Maintain quality control standards and inspect completed work for adherence to specifications.

Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to project managers.

Manage and track materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.

Resolve on-site conflicts and address any construction-related issues in a timely manner.

Train and mentor crew members, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress, manpower, and site conditions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices, with a specific focus on framing techniques.

General knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems to assist in project coordination.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual is preferred but not necessary

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment.

Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation purposes.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical training or an associate degree in construction management (preferred).

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry

Extensive hands-on experience with framing.

OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physically fit to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor when necessary.

Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when required.
