We are looking for skilled lead flooring installers and assistants to help us meet our growing business needs. Lead installers need a minimum of one year experience, and we will train assistants who have none.
This is a full-time, year-round position paying by the square foot. The more you install, the more you earn. Lead installers will average $25.00 - $35.00 an hour as an employee, assistants will start out at $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, eventually being paid by the square foot.

The ideal candidate will have experience in installing soft & and hard surface materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of installation techniques, as well as the ability to work efficiently in diverse environments, including residential and commercial spaces.
Responsibilities
Install all types of flooring using appropriate tools and techniques, to ensure a satisfactory finish
Prepare surfaces by removing old flooring, cleaning, and leveling the area as needed.
Utilize power tools safely and effectively for cutting, trimming, and fitting all types of flooring.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
Perform floor care tasks post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Ability to trouble shoot issues and make decisions.
- Good communication with other carpenters and Project Managers.
