We have an immediate opening for an on-site property manager in the greater Madison area. We're looking for a self-starting, detail oriented manager with experience in community management. You'll be working with a regional administration team but will be largely responsible for multiple on-site duties including:
-Leasing units
-Enforcement of community appearance and behavior rules and on-time rent collection
-Some minor home rehabiliation and grounds keeping.
