Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain property grounds and common areas
- Perform light maintenance such as light bulb, paint touch-ups, light cleaning, and furnace filter replacements
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, reset breakers, unclog drains, etc.)
- Assist with apartment turnovers and provide great customer service to tenants
- Deliver items to properties for property managers
- Work effectively with a team on various projects, as needed.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of grounds maintenance
- Ability to work individually and on a team
- Working knowledge of technology for timekeeping and work orders
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength with an ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Job description available upon request. Some weekends are required (when turnovers occur), must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Training for the next level up (Maintenance Technician I) will be provided to employees who successfully complete the 60-Day Introductory Period.

Benefit Package (after 60-Day Introductory Period):
o 172 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually.

If you already have sufficient experience, you may start in this position. Pay will be higher, if hired as a Maintenance Technician I or higher)
