Pay and Schedule:
Temporary Contract – 6+ months (minimum)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week; M – F 8AM-4:30PM
Pay: $12 - $13/hour based on experience
Paid benefits: None
Job Duties include but not limited to:
Answering calls and responding to emails from various stakeholders/customers including insurance agents, insurance agencies, and insurance companies
Low complexity investigation, documentation, and issue resolution
Use Microsoft Office and database systems to the field of agent licensing such as State Based Systems and National Insurance Provider Register
Required Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor Degree Preferred
1+ year of demonstrated experience
Customer Service
Microsoft Office
Candidates will have a distinct advantage if they have prior experience as an Office Assistant, Office Associate, Administrative Assistant, Program Assistant, Receptionist, Secretary, Office Clerk, Clerical Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Trainer or Teacher.
