Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at Bruner Realty & Management in the Greater Madison Area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and general maintenance and repair tasks. Ability to work an after-hours on-call schedule for nights and weekends. Weekend snow removal when applicable.

Experience in Preventive Maintenance
Skills in Maintenance & Repair
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certification or training in maintenance field
