We have several part-time positions for Field Technicians to assist with indoor environmental inspections. Work as many or as few hours as you want. The position entails visiting customer sites(residential and commercial), inspecting the property for potential environmental issues and collecting air and surface samples for lab analysis. Training will be provided for the right individual. Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, text, email, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Physically able to climb ladders, inspect crawlspaces, basements, etc.
- Able to use basic tools (i.e drill, screwdrivers, moisture meter)
- Some knowledge of building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, construction, roofing, etc.)
- Must have a strong interest in air quality and its effect on occupant health.
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Law helpful.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to write reports a plus.
All tools and equipment provided.
