Demolition contractor needed 1-2 days/week, eventually 3-4. Own tools, trucks/trailer for hauling, insurance + worker's comp needed. Many jobs consist of taking out subfloor under leaking toilet and replacing the subfloor (with blocking). Some small drywall jobs. Taking off and replacement of trim. Nothing too crazy. We can do an hourly rate starting you at $50/hr, or an agreed upon amount per job. Have jobs right away.
Insurance needed:
The Subcontractor must maintain the required insurance with a carrier rated A- or better by A. M. Best. The Subcontractor shall maintain at least the limits of liability as set forth below:
