As we continue to evolve and combine our key products, we are seeking a talented UX Designer to play a pivotal role in elevating our design systems and creating seamless user experiences.Position Overview:As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for navigating our large, layered, and multi-functional systems. Your typical day will involve training in our complex environment to understand how things connect and work together. From wireframing to implementing creative design ideas, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the user experience for our products. Join us in building the next generation of web applications for external clients and enhancing the services-related fleet/route dashboard with predictive data capabilities.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train and understand the intricacies of our systems.

Work on wireframing and creatively design solutions for new features and product enhancements.

Utilize design systems to elevate the overall user experience.

Combine and streamline our two flagship products into cohesive web applications.

Engage in user research, leveraging tools like Adobe, Miro, and user research tools, to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Conduct accessibility and user testing to ensure inclusive and user-friendly designs.

Work closely with actual customers and users to gather requirements, utilizing tools like Miro, flows, and note-taking for effective organization.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve our UX design processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in UX design.

Proficiency in standard UX tools, including Adobe, Miro, and user research tools.

Comfortability navigating and designing in a complex technical environment.

Expertise in accessibility and user testing.

Strong research skills, including working directly with customers and users.

Experience with gathering requirements, organizing information, and utilizing tools like Miro, flows, and note-taking.
