Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager supports the deployment and integration of scientific technologies, platforms, and solutions across the Food Testing business in North America. This role requires strong technical acumen in the sciences, strategic project management, and a customer-first mindset to ensure the success of scientific product and service rollouts.Lead implementation of complex scientific systems and platforms (e.g., lab automation or data analytics tools)Partner with clients including IT infrastructure, IT Security, global application teams, and local/regional lab managers, and business stakeholders to understand scientific goals and operational needsDesign and manage detailed project plans tailored to scientific workflowsEnsure regulatory and compliance considerations (e.g., FDA, GLP/GMP) are factored into implementation strategiesProvide hands-on guidance and training on system use and data management protocolsCoordinate with internal science teams and product development to bridge technical gaps and ensure accurate outcomesTroubleshoot scientific software/hardware integration issues and manage post-launch optimization
