Robert Half is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users in a rapidly expanding company in the Professional Services industry. You will thrive at solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment as a Help Desk Analyst. Due to this Help Desk Analyst role having a large amount of visibility within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Madison, Wisconsin area and is a long-term contract to a permanent full time role! This position is on-site in Madison, WI.Major responsibilities- Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone & email- Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally Requirements - Customer service experience- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Windows 10- Break Fix experience preferred- Experience with Basic Troubleshooting- Strong familiarity with Ticketing System- Proven knowledge of End-User Support- User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment- Firm grasp of basic networking concepts- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively- Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Experience with IT support ticketing systems Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
