13204BRDepartment Name:HSP Facility Operator Admin Location:Meriter Hospital Job Description: Reporting to the AVP Facilities Development, the Director of Facilities Operations directs the activities of Engineering Services, Biomedical Engineering Services and Environmental Services. The Director will provide vision, leadership and direction to the staff of the departments, so that the mission of the hospital are achieved in a customer-focused, cost effective and safe manner. Directs the day-to-day operations and provides future planning for Meriter facilities which includes areas of responsibility for Engineering, Housekeeping, Patient Transport, physical plant, grounds, and Biomedical Engineering Services. Other major responsibilities include, monitoring preventative maintenance and demand work order systems and general facility upkeep.
