As an A/R, Collections & Credit Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding accounts receivable balances from Promega’s customers. You will review customer accounts, establish credit for customers, and provide excellent customer service. We are looking for someone with A/R, credit and collections experience, as well as familiarity with adjustments and basic accounting journal entries. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills and have the ability to work independently. SAP experience is a plus!
