We boldly go.Job Summary:We are hiring a Product Owner as part of our Customer Direct Service (C.D.S.™) Team. This Product Owner will help define product requirements and drive accountability for delivery. They will use their skills and expertise to organize and orchestrate the fulfillment of project needs and will be a liaison & coordinator between internal Subject Matter Experts, Developers, and QA teams in and outside of the US. We are looking for a highly motivated, quality-centric, customer-focused, team-player with industry best-practice awareness, goal-setting skills, strong coordination and communication skills.Core Job Responsibilities (others may be added):
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate product requirements into actionable items for the development team.
Help drive accountability in the Scrum team by verifying agreed practices are followed.
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies such as standups, planning sessions and retrospectives.
Work with product development team to continuously assess progress, disseminate lessons learned and understand next steps.
Gather Agile and other team metrics.
Accept work done by the development team.
Aid in creating and verifying testing processes to improve product quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3-years of work experience developing software products using Agile framework is required.
OR –
Associate’s Degree and at least 5-years of work experience developing software products using Agile framework is required, including Product Owner or Scrum Master certification.
Key Skills or Competencies:
Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Miro
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Able to quickly adapt to change and navigate ambiguous problem spaces

Annual Compensation Range is $58,000 to $123,000 annually. Disclaimer : This salary range is based on US national averages.
