The objective of this business is to not only grow an already wellness-centric product portfolio,but also create a clearly differentiated go to market strategy with a tailored angle to captivate the target audience with unforgettable showroom and digital destinations. Applicants must be passionate about wellness and having expertise in the ever-growing market is a plus! Given the start-up nature of this business, applicants must possess a bias for action, an ability to continually assess with openness to pivoting as the market dynamic changes and must be team-oriented with a willingness to dive in and support with whatever is needed. Prior start up experience is preferred.As a Marketing Intern, you will serve as a critical member to Kohler’s Wellness Marketing team, assisting team members with ongoing projects related to integrated marketing plans and featured product launched. You will be engaged in areas such as:
Collaborating with communications and product departments to outline, plan, and execute various communication assets
Assist to facilitate workflow for campaigns and projects, ensuring maximum efficiency
Prioritize project work and create timelines ensuring seamless workflow, cross-channel collaboration and adherence to deadlines
Specific responsibilities include:
Show your skills : Apply channel marketing fundamentals and organizational skills to enable top-notch campaigns. Leverage your marketing colleagues for insight, feedback, and review to make your technical work the best it can be.
Prove that 1+1 is greater than 2 :Partner with your cross-functional teammates in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Industrial Design. Face the hard decisions head-on and use the variety of team perspectives to generate better solutions. Recommend next steps and drive alignment with business leadership.
Help make us better : Be a team player, willing and able to uphold the brand vision while providing accurate data inputting to support digital strategies and tactics.
Bring it all together : Maximize the attention to detail you’ve cultivated as a developing marketing expert. Assist the marketing and sales teams in creating display promotions and product launch tools.
Skills/Requirements
Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited university with a focus in marketing (Channel or Product preferred) or related discipline
Passion for product development, wellness, and exploring new concept areas
Strong communication, problem-solving, creative-thinking, and collaboration skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship
