For over 50 years, Stebnitz Builders has been designing and remodeling homes throughout Walworth County with a deep commitment to craftsmanship and client experience. We’re a team that takes pride in doing things the right way, with a focus on quality, collaboration, and exceeding client expectations.
We’re seeking a Lead Carpenter who:
- Has a passion for craftsmanship and leadership in residential remodeling
- Can read and interpret plans, manage job sites, and work hands-on with tools and teams
- Communicates well with clients, trade partners, and coworkers
- Brings a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset to the team every day
- Can delivery high-end, magazine quality results on a daily basis

Qualified candidates would be eligible for:
$52 - $57 total compensation package
$40 - $45 hourly wages
$12 hourly benefit package
