Job Duties:
1. Cut the grass on whole property.
2. Pulling weeds around new office and shop.
3. Washing shop & office windows.
4. Changing furnacefilters in office and shops.
5. Changing light bulbs.
6. Sweeping grounds with loader.
7. Make sure litter is pickled up on grounds.
8. Cleaning of all bathrooms on property.
9. Painting as needed - including parking lot lines.
10. Make sure all gutters and ground drains are clean.
11. Snow plowing & salting & shoveling.
12. Property repairs.
13. Tree trimming as needed.
14. Proper "hooks" for truck extension cords.
15. Block heater outlet timers are set and working properly.
16. Maintain eye wash stations.
Additional job duties will be added or adjusted.
