Scrum Master; 1-year+; W2 ; local to Green Bay Serves as the "servant leader of the Scrum team by removing impediments and helping the team remain successful and on schedule. Must have a sufficient understanding of technology to enable them to lead team members and help them overcome their development roadblocks; they must also understand business strategy and objectives, and be able to ensure that development work is prioritized by business value and results align with objectives. The incumbent provides counsel and advice to top management on significant matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Recognized internally as "the go-to person for the most complex assignments.

- Continuous improvement in agile leadership
- Mastery of agile principles

- Mentor scrum masters and the people on teams who wear the scrum master hat
- Advocate agile across the organization
- Contribute to agile growth of the organization
- May participate in the hiring process of scrum masters - hasn't done, because we haven't hired any
- Begin tackling organizational impediments
- Comfortable opposing anti-patterns
- Strong collaboration with leadership groups (CTPOs, Directors, Sr. Mangers, Architects)
- Capable of coaching up
- Have a director + mentor
- Participate in cross-departmental efforts
- JIRA expert
- Confluence expert
- Able to teach Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, XP
- Can start and facilitate Scrum of Scrums
- Leads initiatives within the community of practice
- Communication skills
- Bachelors degree or equilant experience preferred.
