Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionCandidates in this role will be responsible for maintaining production and packaging line repair needs by responding to maintenance calls in a timely manner to reduce downtime. They will follow work orders assigned by supervisors and adhere to SOPs as well as Lock out/tag out procedures. Candidates must be comfortable requesting parts or supplies as needed to maintain machinery via their maintenance software. They will perform all preventative and predictive maintenance using Asset Inspection Sheets and will be required to participate in Kaizen, 5S, and Lean trainings. Candidates will always train on 1st shift until ready to move to the designated shift. Compensation is as follows: 2nd Shift: $29.75/hr, 3rd Shift: $30.50/hr. Candidates will be paid the 1st shift rate of $29/hr until they move to a permanent shift.Hard Skills
