Job Summary:Grande's Total Rewards team is seeking a dynamic, current college student to fulfill our summer internship in 2025. This individual will assist the team with various benefits, compensation and HR technology initiatives such as exposure to benefit plan design and preparing for Open Enrollment, generate innovative well-being ideas to drive engagement, support internal communication development and compensation projects including job description evaluation. This role will provide exposure to all areas of Total Rewards in addition to collaboration, customer focus, professionalism, individual and a team environment, analytical skills, time management, and much more.Unique Benefits of our Internship Program:

While you don’t have to love pizza to work here…it sure does help! What you need to be considered for the role:

Student in Junior or Senior year working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Proficiency and experience in the Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others.

Ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Preferred:

Participative involvement in campus organizations, non-class related volunteer involvement, off-campus employment and demonstrated leadership preferred.

Prior business/office experiences is desirable.

QualificationsEducationRequired

High School Diploma or better

Some college or better in Human Resource Management
