Communicating with vendors - estimated arrival of products ordered
Communicating product information and order tracking with various internal departments
Conduct research and analysis to offer recommendations for potential new products, cost savings estimates, usage trends, and other relevant data critical to effective business decision-making.
Requirements
Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite products - Word, Excel
Customer service experience - internal or external
Tech savvy - able to independently conduct internet research (from finding available products to learning how to navigate a new function in Excel)
Good typing skills - greater than 25 words per minute
