ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Senior IT Support will need to have good foundational knowledge of network / server administration and should have experience supporting Windows 10 / Office 365, preferably in an enterprise-level environment.The Senior IT Support must be professional and detail-oriented, and must be able to communicate effectively with clear and articulate English. Additionally, the Senior Corporate Help Desk Specialist will be working through problems from the ground up with customers.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS3+ years of experience in the following skill sets…
  • Corporate Help Desk experience – Previous experience working in a corporate help desk environment supporting internal, corporate end-users
  • HP or Dell Hardware Troubleshooting / Support – Laptops / Desktops / Printers
  • Windows 10 / Office 365 – Support / Troubleshooting
  • Supporting O365 (REQUIRED)
  • Microsoft Outlook – Troubleshooting / Support
  • Windows Server Administration / Network Concepts (Knowledge / Understanding)
  • Active Directory – User Setups / Authentications/ Troubleshooting
  • Excellent (Written / Verbal) Communication

PREFERRED (but not required)
  • Customer-Facing Technical Assistance Experience – Geek Squad / Apple Store, etc.
  • Certifications
  • A+ Certification – CompTIA
  • MCITP – Microsoft Certified IT Professional
  • MCP – Microsoft Certified Professional
  • MCDST – Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
  • VoIP / Avaya Support / Troubleshooting
  • SCCM – MS System Center Configuration Manager
  • Network Troubleshooting / Configurations
