Formatter (2nd Shift)

The VDP Formatter is responsible for creation and verification of data processed thru the format program for production. This position is also responsible for the creation of associated data production paperwork. The VDP Formatter will manage the Live Data Files within the Front End environment and release them to Production. High standards of quality control procedures must be strictly adhered to. This position interfaces with internal and external personnel in order to gather, access and clarify client data verification information.Responsible for creation and verification of data processed for production including order quantities, production log and all associated materials.Manage Live Data Files within the Front End environment.Support production in problem resolution concerning data files.Support VDP team members in cross functional tasks as required to process orders.Coordinate and prioritize orders within department.Special production services required for client's data processing requests, including special reports, test files, creation of production signoff and sample files.Analyze instructions provided per Client OPI Supplement, Additional Imaging Instruction, along with VDP Specialist checklist to extract required records to create both Client and Internal Signoff Files.
