This position is starting at Part time & may lead to a Full time position. Your duties would be as follows but not limited to:
Handling incoming calls and other communications
Assist the Accounting department.
Managing filing systems
Recording information as needed
Greeting visitors as needed
Updating paperwork, maintain documents and word processing
Helping organize and maintaining office common areas
Performing general office clerk duties.
Collecting supplies/parts for orders.
Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases.
Contributes to team effort by assisting and accomplishing related results as needed.
