We are currently expanding our reach through digital platforms and seeking a driven eCommerce Sales Specialist to help us grow our online sales presence.

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage and grow our eCommerce sales of agricultural product accessory components. This role involves creating, listing, and managing products on Facebook Marketplace and eBay, engaging with potential buyers, and ensuring a seamless sales process from listing to fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create, optimize, and manage product listings for agricultural accessory components on Facebook Marketplace and eBay.

● Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and identify best-selling product types.

● Write clear, accurate, and compelling product descriptions with high-quality photos.

● Monitor listings, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and process orders.

● Coordinate inventory with internal staff to ensure product availability.

● Fulfill sold items in a timely and professional manner.

● Stay up-to-date with eCommerce best practices, platform updates, and marketplace trends. Qualifications:

● Previous experience in eCommerce, retail sales, or online marketplace platforms (Facebook Marketplace, eBay, etc.) is preferred.

● Basic understanding of agricultural equipment and accessories is a plus.

● Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

● Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

● Comfortable using computers and basic photo editing tools.

● High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
