Groundskeeping at large apartment complex
Duties include:
Cleaning dumpster areas, picking up garbage from lawns
Mowing lawn, trimming bushes, weed whacking, pulling weeds, taking care of the outside appearance of buildings
Snow removal, assisting with end of month cleaning for vacant apartments
Do light maintenance for apartments
This is a full-time job Monday-Friday 8:00 am. to 5:00 pm
On Call every third week after hours
