Holidays Pub & Grill is looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead our team. If you're passionate about food, people, and high-energy hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Job Highlights:
Support day-to-day operations at one of our busy pub locations
Lead FOH team, assist with scheduling, training, and service
Oversee guest satisfaction, cash handling, and communication with kitchen
Help plan events, monitor costs, and manage inventory
Be hands-on during busy shifts — we lead from the floor
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of restaurant management experience (sports bar or casual dining preferred)
Strong leadership and people skills
Bartending experience a plus
Must be available evenings/weekends
