This Systems Engineer candidate will be a key contributor to the maintenance and optimization of the client's network and wireless infrastructure. Please apply ASAP if interested in learning more!What you get to do every single day:- Connect with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution- Track an assay application performance for potential bottlenecks, determine possible solutions, and collaborate with developers to achieve those fixes- Be actively engaged to achieve the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability- Handle and check all installed systems and infrastructure- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems- Note and support custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks- Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies- Install, maintain, configure, and test operating systems, application software and system management tools Requirements - Experience with monitoring systems is required for success at this position- It is preferred for applicants to have proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems- You'll be a good fit for this position if you have solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks- This position will be the best fit for a candidate who have solid networking knowledge- Microsoft Office 365- Excellent Customer Service- Azure Active Directory- Cisco Networking experience highly desired- VMware- Windows Server experience preferred- 3+ years of relevant experience- We are particularly looking for candidates who have solid scripting/automation skills Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
