Duties:
Handle inbound sales and customer orders received with accuracy and efficiency via a company dialer.
Perform and provide customers with up-to-date inventory information.
Take customer orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective sales.
Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally just transfer the call to the service department.
Collaborate with sales representatives to support customer needs and sales goals.
Process credit cards
Provide product information and support to customers, leveraging your expertise.
Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
