Part time after hours property monitor needed for high rise apartment complex in Steubenville. Duties include but not limited to:
1. Random foot patrol of the entire building to include exterior several times per shift
2. Checking common area doors to ensure they are locked and secure
3. Conducting light checks
4. Asking unauthorized guest to leave - sometimes requiring you to call the police
5. Ensuring residents are following property rules
6. Passing out notices
7. Checking ID of residents and guest as needed
8. Responding to noise complaints
9. Any other property related business as assigned by management
Will require working every weekend + some hours during the week.
