Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at TSA, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of projects, following TSA's Project Management Framework and will also deliver improvements in how we operate while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, technology enhancements, and operational initiatives aimed at improving customer service, efficiency, and overall call centre performance. The Senior Project Manager ensures that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.The Details:Ensure successful project delivery, effective scoping, and focus on strategic objectives.Coordinate activities, timelines, and dependencies to ensure timely, quality delivery while managing risks and issues.Empower and support team members, providing visibility and ensuring unblocked progress.Organize project data, knowledge, and communication efficiently to promote clarity and transparency.Identify business improvement opportunities and enhance key business processes.Contribute to, promote, and provide training on EPMO project management methods and practices.Lead teams, foster collaboration, and continuously improve project delivery and team culture.Drive positive change, support high adoption, and celebrate success to inspire and motivate others.Identify, nurture, and develop talent while creating solution-oriented, inclusive teams.
