Seller Communication and Liaison (15%)Reach out to and onboard sellers into the Caroubiz programMaintain regular communication with sellers for updates, approvals, and status trackingAssist sellers in understanding the program flow and what is required from them (payment confirmation, asset submission, campaign timeline, etc.)2. Sales & Transaction Processing (25%)Track and document sales tied to Caroubiz purchases, from offer to closeAssist in compiling and updating seller purchase status and lead funnelCoordinate with finance/admin for any payment-related processes3. Ads & Campaign Execution (30%)Set up and manage seller campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads, Boost, TikTok Spark Ads, etc.) as guided by the teamUpload creatives, configure targeting, and ensure timelines are metMonitor basic ad performance and flag any issues to the team4. Reporting & Admin (30%)Update internal trackers related to seller onboarding, ad campaigns, and lead progressOrganize campaign assets and seller-related files in shared drives
