Virtual Administrative Assistant (Remote w/some travel)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling client communication, and assisting the leadership team with special projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while occasionally traveling to our Los Angeles office (approximately once per quarter or as needed).
