We are seeking subs for a residential build in the Beckley area of Southern West Virginia. We need site prep, footer dig, concrete pour with reinforcement, foundation block, house framing, finishing, exterior cladding, roofing, and complete turn-key construction.
Large home - 5500 sf
Must have a WV contractor license, general liability, and workers comp coverage. Also provide a completed W-9 for payment.
