We are seeking a career-minded, upbeat individual who is obsessed with providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

Serve customers that inquire about vehicles online and over the phone.
- Respond to emails and texts in a professional, well-spoken manner.
- Provide real-time solutions that make the customer's overall experience a great one.
- Call, text and email prospective customers in a fast-paced call center environment. NO COLD CALLING.
Skills / Requirements

Call Center/Telemarketing experience is preferred. 100 calls/day is our goal.
- No previous industry experience is necessary. We will train you.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
