In search of an experienced Community Manager to oversee a large apartment community in Morgantown, WV.
Responsibilities include complete oversight of property operations which involves leasing, marketing, maintenance, accounting and personnel.
Candidate must have:
A minimum of 5 years multifamily property management experience including the supervision of office and maintenance staff
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collections
Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software
Superior customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
Strong organizational skills, which are needed in order to effectively support budget planning, maintenance records, business reporting, and management of other miscellaneous office files.
