Looking to hire a maintenance man for a 40-unit complex plus 3 additional units in the Morgantown area. Must have knowledge of general construction and residential maintenance. Lawn mowing, weed eating, drywall repair and painting, appliance repair etc. Must be drug free with no criminal record. Position can offer full time employment in the residential construction field along with a 1-BR, 1.5 bath apartment with garage.
