The Denzel Group is working with a top University to find a Sr Banner Developer. This is a permanent position that is 100% remote, and offers great benefits, 35 hour work week, and Friday’s off in the summer.In this role you will provide technical leadership in analysis, design, implementation and troubleshooting of the University’s software solutions with a primary focus on supporting and integrating with the Banner with other information systems.
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and implement software for Banner applications
- Recommend and manage the appropriate technology for interfaces among Banner application modules
- Assess advanced and/or emerging technology that may be leveraged to enhance existing systems for improved productivity or functionality.
- Five years experience working as an application developer with Ellucian’s Banner system is
- Five years experience developing applications using the Oracle database and related technologies including PL/SQL
- Experience with SQL, XML, Web Services is required
- Knowledge and experience with the Banner Finance, Student, Advancement, and AR modules are preferred.
