Hall Mechanical provides plumbing to our clients, in the following areas: Frederick, MD, Northern VA, Berkely County WV, Harrisonburg, VA, Frederick County, VA, Charlottesville, VA, and Waynesboro, VA, and more.
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to join our team You will assist President / CEO in all facets of plumbing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our commercial clients receive reliable and efficient plumbing services while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all commercial plumbing projects from conception to completion
- Complete permit application
- Review and maintain budget
- Negotiate subcontractor pricing
- Prepare invoices for accounts receivable and payable
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices
- Submit and get approval of all material
- Release plumbing fixture packages and rough material
- Manage options / change orders for owners
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project time specs and objectives are met
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of estimating, plumbing sytems for commercial plumbing
- Effective communication and customer service skills
Experience Level:
- 3 years & 5 years +
