Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and assist with client communications.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Maintain and update client records and documentation
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Support team members with various administrative and project-related tasks
Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
