Work exchange for room and board on an 18th century intact stone farmhouse with animals and an occasional wedding, farm stay guest or group rental. Must love animals. This is a farm caretaker/manager position with profit sharing opportunities[about $10K annually]. We also put in a 1/4 acre garden that is separate from the above and pays 50% of produce sales.
