Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the identification and launch of new products within the designated region. Additionally, this role involves formulating effective strategies for target segments and monitoring primary and secondary sales. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in the bottom-up forecasting for existing products in the region and guide the development of promotion plans that are aligned with market realities.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible to engage in pre-launch planning activities, including target customer base determination and launch format decisions.

You will be responsible to collaborate with the Product Management Team (PMT) to derive launch forecasts and conduct post-launch audits.

You will be responsible to lead the sales management of existing products by setting targets, conducting regular sales reviews, and resolving issues to improve market share.

You will be responsible to develop and execute promotion strategies for new and existing products to increase the visibility of the brand.

You will be responsible to manage key accounts by meeting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and soliciting feedback to enhance sales and meet customer needs.

You will be responsible to provide inputs for the conceptualization of new products based on market insights and customer feedback.

You will be responsible to monitor sales data and sales force performance to ensure the achievement of sales targets and provide incentives accordingly.

You will be responsible to oversee people management tasks, including goal setting, performance appraisals, coaching, recruitment, and training to maximize team performance and retention.
