Qualifications: At least two years of housing management and/or supervisory experience is required. Must have a knowledge of construction and building maintenance practices and a high school education or equivalent.
Understand HUD and/or LIHTCP regulations.
Manages the apartment complex, maintaining full occupancy.
Marketing, collecting rent, HUD reporting.
Coordinates activities of maintenance and tenants.
Inspects and evaluates physical condition of buildings.
Purchasing, invoicing, and receipting of monies
