Skilled and experienced Independent contractors, Handymen, General contractors, and Rehab vendors for Property Preservation(Lawn Maintenance) and Maintenance services.
Areas required : Charleston, Dunbar, Marmet, Malden, Richmond, Norfolk, Charlotte, Lanchester, Springfield in West Virginia. And Kenton, Louisville, Perrysburg in Kentucky.
General Labor:
Do you have a knack for hands-on work and take pride in your craftsmanship? As a general laborer, you'll be an integral part of our team, performing various maintenance and repair tasks to keep properties in top condition.
Requirements for the Position:
1. General Liability Insurance.
2. Strong work ethic and attention to details.
3. Equipment, transport, and tools to perform work.( We do not provide any kind of tools).
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
5. Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
6. Relevant experience in the field (specific requirements vary by position)
7. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number.( If you don't have do not worry to apply , it's totally fine).
8. If you currently have your Aspen Grove background check, please provide ABC#
9. Driver's License (Preferred)
Type of works need to perform :
1. Regular Preservation Repair - Securing, Trash-Out, Lawn Care, Winterization, Snow Removal, Drywall/Sheetrock, Paint Job, Mold Treatment, Maid Service, etc.
2. Roofing
3. Plumbing
4. HVAC
5. HWH
6. Electrical
7. Appliances repair/replace
8. Rehab/Repair
9. Occupied/Tenant Maintenance services.
10. Concrete(such as, re-build the driveway)
Payment: Weekly Pay. Express payment: Via Zelle, Cashapp & Direct Bank deposit. Compensation: Per Work Order Basis. Work includes but is not limited to -
