Business Intelligence Analyst

OverviewBryceTech is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the International Trade Administration’s (ITA) Industry and Analysis (I&A) Office of Analysis and Strategy (OAS). The Analyst will provide technical and operational support for developing and implementing business intelligence tools that improve data collection, analysis, and visualization. This role focuses on strengthening reporting capabilities, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and supporting process automation and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of business intelligence tools and dashboards to improve analytical and reporting capabilities.Collect, manage, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic planning and program management.Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate trends, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.Support process improvement and automation efforts to streamline operations and increase efficiency.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of business intelligence outputs.Collaborate with program teams, analysts, and leadership to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.Maintain knowledge of emerging business intelligence tools and practices to recommend enhancements.
